Terms and Conditions
In-person clients

Clients purchase a set number of sessions (for the same timeslot(s) each week) on the 1st day of the month.

A grace period of 5 days will be in place for the payment, after which a late fee of 5% will be incurred.

If the client is unable to attend a session, every endeavour will be made to rescheduled to an alternative time that month, as long as over 24 hours notice has been provided.

Purchased sessions are to be used within the payment month, otherwise they will expire (a rollover of 1 session per month is permissable).

Cancellation within 24 hours of a session start will count as a session.

By transferring funds or confirming via email, text message or WhatsApp, the client agrees to the T&C’s.
